Boarding students from families with financial difficulties studying in compulsory education schools in our district. On the basis of ensuring that all students in ethnic classes in the compulsory education stage held by the autonomous region and immigrant students from the reservoir area are included in the scope of subsidies, and based on the financial difficulties of the students' families, priority will be given to children of registered poor households, students in special education, and the extremely poor people in rural areas to receive minimum living subsidies. Children from guaranteed families, children from urban residents' minimum living security families, children whose families have financial difficulties due to emergencies, orphans, disabled children, only children from low-income families and two-girl families, and children of revolutionary martyrs.

Application conditions:

1. Love the motherland and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China;

2. Abide by the constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

3. Honest and trustworthy, with good moral character;

4. Study diligently and be proactive;

5. The family has financial difficulties and lives a frugal life.

To protect the self-esteem of students from families with financial difficulties, we must improve the credibility of poverty certificates and improve the funding system. Schools should not only subsidize students from families with financial difficulties, but also provide targeted psychological support and guidance to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values, stay away from psychological crises, and develop a healthy mentality. If the school's funding and education work lags behind, it will lead to the neglect of the mental health of students from families with financial difficulties, which will ultimately affect the healthy development of their ideological and moral character.
