The project mainly supports basic research and applied basic research that meet the needs of economic and social development and the development trend of science and technology in our province, cultivates key basic research projects of natural science, and supports scientific and technological personnel in colleges and universities to independently declare optional projects with research value.
Projects are divided into two categories: funded projects and self-raised projects, of which each provincial-level funded project is arranged for 30,000-50,000 yuan; For self-funded projects, the institutions of higher learning where the project leader is located shall co-ordinate the financial allocation for each student to ensure that the project tasks are completed on schedule.
