For general funding, applicants can log in to the "China Postdoctoral Science Fund Management Information System" and download the application software.

Fill out the application form offline, upload it online (click "Submit" after successful collection is displayed), print the paper application form (both sides are acceptable) and sign it.

Submit the application materials to the Postdoctoral Management Office of the Personnel Department within the corresponding time period.
