Vice Chairman of Peking University Venture Capital Research Center, Adjunct Professor of Xiamen University, National Accounting Institute and Lanzhou Business School.

He used to be the president of Shenzhen Venture Capital Association, the president of Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group, the partner of CIVC Fund, the chairman of Sino-Singapore Fund and Innovation Softbank Fund, and the director of investment decision-making committee.

During his tenure as President of Innovation Investment Group, the company won the top three of the top 50 venture capital institutions in China for several years in succession, and was awarded the title of "Top Ten Fund Managers of Venture Capital in China" in 2002 and 2003, "Outstanding Venture Capitalist in China" and "Top Ten Most Influential Venture Capitalists in China" in 2005.
