Unless the new fund has just been established, it has a opening period, is locked, and cannot be redeemed and subscribed.

After this period of time, it will be open.

If it is a cyclical wealth management fund, it can only be redeemed within the cycle.

You can find out when it can be redeemed. But this is not a lock-up period.
