Unexpectedly, it worked this time, and her business became booming again. Sometimes people had to queue up to get pedicures. In people's words, these female technicians are attentive, soft-handed, and have good service attitudes. They will naturally be recognized and respected by everyone, and they will have more repeat customers. Naturally, within two years, she paid off her debts and loans, ushering in a new era of development for her. Then she opened a branch in Dongshan, the main urban area of ??Yichang, and then expanded outside Yichang City and opened a branch in Jingzhou City...

Just when she was full of confidence and ready to do something big, Unexpectedly, an unexpected thing happened. The renovation of the Dongshan area required the reconstruction of Chengdong Avenue. Excavation was started. The digging took more than three months, not just a day or two. All of a sudden, the Dongshan store completely lost its business, and the store that had been renovated with more than 3 million yuan had to be shut down. There, she felt her heart almost bleed, and she had to find a way to pay the employees' wages. What made her even more unacceptable was that one of the original partners actually proposed to withdraw his capital and asked her to spend 1 million yuan to acquire his shares. Oh my God, this is really adding insult to injury! However, she still did not fall. She said her staff was wonderful. The monthly salary of these employees is 3,000 or 5,000, but no matter how much it is, they are the hope of a family. No matter how difficult it is, I have to pay their salary in full. This is responsible for them, their family, and also for the family. Social responsibility. In order to do this, she even opened credit cards at several banks and borrowed money to pay her salary. Her employees were also very touched when they found out. One day, when she went to the Dongshan store, some employees stood guard at the door, hugging her and crying: "Mr. Li, we don't want wages, and we will work with you..." What a good employee! Mr. Li was also very moved. She felt that she must hold on! For the sake of these employees, she must survive this difficult moment!

She finally got over it! Maybe it's because people often say "the rainbow always comes after the storm", or "the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from the bitter cold". And I would say, it was her strong sense of public ethics that moved God. Her management step by step got on the right track and embarked on the road of sustainable development, and there were qualitative changes. Now, they have opened 28 Liansuo stores in Kuoqiao Waterfront, Jingzhou, Dangyang, Enshi, Zhijiang and other prefectures, cities and counties, employing more than 3,800 employees, forming a huge business system. Their contributions to the country are also increasing year by year. Mr. Li told you and me that their annual tax payment has already exceeded 5 million yuan. What an extraordinary number this is! Since 2002, she has been insisting on self-study. Among the three poor students in Dengcun, one is named Xiang, one is named Huang, and one is named Zheng. One is a junior in college, one is in a vocational high school, and the younger one is in the third year of junior high school. She has supported them for five years, and this year she donated 5,000 yuan, 4,000 yuan and 3,000 yuan respectively.
