Trademark exclusive license is a kind of trademark use license. Also known as trademark exclusive license, that is, after a trademark owner licenses others to use his registered trademark in a designated area, he may not sublicense the same registered trademark to a third person in the same area or use it himself. The exclusive trademark license must be clearly stipulated in the license contract, requiring both parties (licensor and licensee) to perform their obligations in strict accordance with the agreement.
General license of trademark is another way of trademark license. That is, the trademark owner (licensor) still retains the right to use the registered trademark after allowing the other party to exercise the right to use the registered trademark in the designated area. At the same time, it also has the right to sublicense the same registered trademark to a third party in the same area.
