What's the difference between a name of origin and a certification trademark?
The term "certification trademark" as mentioned in the Trademark Law refers to a mark controlled by an organization that has the ability to supervise a certain commodity or service and applied to its trademark or service by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw material manufacturing method, quality or other specific qualities of the trademark or service. The name of the country of origin is the identification of the country of origin of the product. On the premise of not infringing the certification mark, the goods can be marked with the place of origin.
