Jiujiang double steaming is a traditional process for producing rice wine in Guangdong province, which has a history of hundreds of years. Jiujiang double steamed wine is a traditional brewing technology in Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, with a history of 100 years. "Pearl River Bridge Jiujiang Double Steamed Wine" has become the champion of yellow wine sales in Hong Kong and Macao, with an annual export of thousands of tons. It has become the fist product of "Zhujiang Bridge" brand series of yellow rice wine, and has been recognized as "China famous trademark", "China famous trademark" and "China export famous brand". Because there were no processing plants in foreign trade enterprises during the planned economy period, and because of the shortage of food, only foreign trade enterprises had the right to entrust wineries to produce rice wine for export. 1957, Cantonese Restaurant founded "Jiujiang Double Steamed Wine with Pearl River Bridge", which transferred the grain and other raw materials allocated by the state to Jiujiang Winery (which was a collective enterprise at that time but has now been transformed into a private enterprise) for brand processing and production, mainly for export.
