How to deal with expired trademarks?
1, provide the trademark to be applied for (Chinese, English, design)-the result will be given in 3 days; 2. Determine the trademark-submit the application form and trademark pictures (24 drawings); 3. If the applicant is an individual, a copy of ID card or passport must be provided. To apply for a company, the official seal shall be affixed to the copy of the business license and the ID card of the legal representative before the application, and an application form (signed by the applicant himself) shall be submitted; 4, 3 working days to receive the application reply, 3 months after the announcement in the government gazette; 5. The time for trademark registration must be12-14; 6. The trademark is valid for 10 years, and can be used continuously after 10 years. Article 18 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) may apply for trademark registration or handle other trademark matters by itself or by entrusting a legally established trademark agency. If a foreigner or foreign enterprise applies for trademark registration and handles other trademark matters in China, it shall entrust a legally established trademark agency to handle it.
