Where a trademark is applied to China within six months from the date when a foreign country first applies for registration, it may enjoy priority according to the agreement signed between the foreign country and China or the international treaties to which * * * is a party.

For a trademark that is first used on a commodity exhibited in an international exhibition recognized by the China Municipal Government, the trademark applicant shall have priority within six months from the date when the commodity is exhibited.
