It is worth mentioning that the legal representative of Bruce Lee Cultural Information Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is Bruce Lee’s daughter Li Xiangning. The company was established in 2017, and its enterprise type is a limited liability company (wholly owned by a foreign legal person).
It is believed that the plaintiff company legally enjoys various rights and interests related to Bruce Lee, and has registered nearly 60 Bruce Lee-related trademarks in mainland China. Inform the original defendant that "Kung Fu" used Bruce Lee's portrait without authorization, which violated the personal dignity of the person concerned, and should bear infringement liability and compensate for losses.

This case was actually prosecuted in December 2019 on the grounds of "general personality rights disputes" and was not heard until today. In 2019, regarding becoming a defendant, Zhen Kung Fu told the outside world: All trademarks were applied for by the company and have been used for 15 years starting in 2004.
