WMY series of new oil tank rapid heaters are developed by our company in cooperation with Sinopec on the basis of the leading product - WMH series eddy current hot film heat exchanger (national patented product, patent number: 02268208.2). A new type of rapid oil tank heater. It uses advanced (SUS304) stainless steel vortex hot film tubes as heat exchange elements. With unique heat exchange elements and advanced internal process structures, it achieves high efficiency, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and anti-fouling of the heater. This function greatly improves the overall performance of the heat exchanger, solves the problem of serious waste of steam energy for heating oil in the tank during oil storage and transportation, and plays a positive role in promoting energy saving and consumption reduction in the petrochemical industry. This product has applied for a national patent (patent number: 200720029405.3).

3. The oil will not experience local high temperature or carbonization, ensuring the quality of the oil and the heat transfer efficiency of the heater.
4. The oil outlet temperature in the oil tank is the highest, ensuring the fluidity of the poured oil.
5. It avoids repeated heating of the oil in the tank, ensures the color of the oil, and reduces the cost of oil treatment.
6. Long service life, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and anti-fouling function, which greatly improves the overall performance of the heat exchanger.
7. The advanced process structure design ensures the smooth outflow of oil products and better "pumping the bottom of the tank" effect.
8. The structure is compact, easy to install and maintain, and the safety of the tank will not be affected by the installation of the heater. Compared with U-shaped tube heat exchangers, under the same heat exchange area: the external dimensions of vortex hot film heat exchangers are only about half of the external dimensions of U-shaped tube heat exchangers.
9. Automatic control can be realized, and the steam feed amount can be controlled according to the inlet and outlet temperature of the oil and the oil pouring flow rate.
