The Trademark Office stipulates that when a trademark agency registers with the Trademark Office, it must fill in the Trademark Agency Registration Form (fill it in as required and have it stamped by the trademark agency and signed by the person in charge, the same below) and submit the following documents:

(1) A copy of the industrial and commercial business license and the law firm’s practice license stamped by the registration authority, or a notarized copy of the industrial and commercial business license and the law firm’s practice license , and stamped with the seal of the trademark agency;

(2) A copy of the valid identity document of the person in charge.
