the applicant submits the application documents to the Spanish Trademark Office. After receiving the application documents, the Trademark Office will first conduct a formal review. If it finds that the application documents are not in compliance with the law, it will notify the applicant to modify and revise the documents. If the applicant fails to make amendments within the specified time, the application will be deemed invalid. After the approval of the trademark documents, the official will give the application date and application number. Within 2 months from the date of the announcement of the trademark application, anyone can raise objections to the trademark. After the announcement period, the examiner will put forward opinions on granting registration.
