1. Application conditions for enterprise account certification

Xiaohongshu enterprise account supports online certification applications for enterprises within China, enterprises outside China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Xiaohongshu Enterprise Account does not support accounts that have been banned by the community for authentication.

Note: If an application is submitted by an industry that does not support certification and/or the qualifications you submit are invalid or untrue, or the account information applied for certification does not meet the relevant certification specifications of the platform, certification will be performed. Failure handling. Once the certification application is submitted, it will abide by the Xiaohongshu enterprise account qualification review standards. If the certification fails, the review service fee will not be refunded. A single audit order is valid for 30 days. If the certification is not completed within the expiration date or does not meet the relevant certification specifications of the platform, the certification will be failed.

2. Certification Instructions

1. When applying for enterprise account certification, the account you log in with is the certified account. After submitting the application, you cannot change the application account.

2. Please read the Xiaohongshu Enterprise Account Qualification Certification and Audit Standards before filling in;

You can choose to certify "enterprise entity" or "enterprise employee" during certification;

The "Enterprise Subject" account name can be based on the name of the enterprise's business license entity, or it can be named based on trademarks, websites or software applications;

The "Enterprise Employee" account name can contain the personal professional identity of the enterprise/brand/store (Enterprise/brand information can be based on the name of the company's business license entity, or it can be named based on trademarks, websites or software applications);

The account name supports expanded naming that is relevant to the industry and region to which the qualification belongs, and supports Custom naming must follow the principle of "non-infringement, non-broadness, and non-ambiguity"; materials and documents involving Chinese and English (such as trademark registration certificates) must be translated and stamped with the official seal of the translation company. After submission, it is assumed that you comply with the audit standards. If you are prohibited from entering the industry or apply for certification with false qualifications, the audit service fee cannot be refunded.

3. The certification fee is 600 yuan/time. After the order is successfully paid, an audit service provider will audit it for you. The certification is valid for 1 year, and an annual audit needs to be completed every year.

4. If you need to bind a store later, the name of the enterprise account must be consistent with its store name.

3. Application process and material preparation

(1) Open the Xiaohongshu mobile APP on the mobile APP and click in the following order to enter the enterprise number certification page:

"Me" in the lower right corner → "" in the upper left corner → Settings → Account and Security → Identity Authentication → Enterprise Authentication

If you do not have a Xiaohongshu account, you must first register a Xiaohongshu ordinary account, and then It performs enterprise number authentication. After passing the authentication, the account will become an enterprise account. In order to avoid mistakenly authenticating a private account as an enterprise account, it is recommended to register a new Xiaohongshu account for enterprise account authentication.

Note: The mobile APP can only certify domestic entities and first-time certified enterprise numbers; overseas entities or annual review or name change certifications need to be operated through the PC side.

Provide "Trademark Registration Certificate" and trademark authorization letter; application category, "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate"; website category, ICP filing screenshots, etc.; industry supplementary qualification category

4) Certification audit fee payment: After submitting the certification materials, scan the QR code on Alipay to complete the payment.

2. Enterprise employee authentication

Note: An enterprise entity can authorize multiple employees to authenticate enterprise account employees, and is no longer limited to certifying 3 enterprise accounts. In terms of functions and rules, the employee account remains consistent with the original enterprise account, and all the rights and functions of the enterprise account are enjoyed by the employee account.
