2. Words, graphics or their combinations that need to be used as trademarks for the sale of private brands shall have distinctive features and be easy to identify. Among them, significance means that it should have its obvious characteristics.
3. When selling its own brand, the trademark applied for registration shall not use words or graphics prohibited by law.
4. A trademark that needs to be registered for the sale of its own brand shall not be the same as or similar to a registered trademark that has been revoked or cancelled for less than one year.
5. The trademark applied for registration shall not be the same as or similar to the trademark registered or preliminarily approved by others on the same or similar goods or services.
