Legal basis: "Measures for the Use of the National Emblem of the People's Republic of China" Article 10 The national emblem and its patterns shall not be used for:

(1) Trademarks and advertisements;

(2) Furnishings and arrangements for daily life;

(3) Private funeral celebrations;

(4) Other activities that prohibit the use of the national emblem and its patterns as stipulated by the General Office of the State Council occasion.
