The local industrial and commercial administration agency shall report the application and supporting materials to the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce within 15 days. The Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce shall review the relevant materials and decide whether to accept the application within 30 days, and notify the applicant in writing of the review results and reasons. . 4. If the applicant’s application documents need to be supplemented or corrected, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce will notify the provincial famous trademark applicant to supplement the materials within a time limit. If no correction is expected, it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and the application materials will be returned. 5. After accepting the application, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce will investigate and demonstrate the application materials in accordance with the relevant regulations of the province, solicit opinions from relevant departments and units, and make a decision on whether to grant recognition. The certification period is 3 months, which can be extended by 1 month under special circumstances.
