I. purpose and scope of application these measures are formulated in order to effectively protect and utilize intellectual property archives and give full play to the role of relevant materials in the intellectual property work of the company. These Measures are applicable to all departments and holding companies of the Company. Ii. responsibilities
1. the r&d office is responsible for the file management of patents, software registration, product design materials, technical certificates and other related technical materials.
2. general manager office is responsible for trademark and copyright archives management.
3. general manager office Legal Department is responsible for sorting out and handing over trademarks and other related materials.
4. The industrial research offices are responsible for sorting out and handing over technical data such as product design data and process data.
5. general manager office Information Management Office is responsible for sorting out and handing over the copyright of self-developed software.
6. The sales department is responsible for sorting out and handing over the copyright of the company's image display system, product packaging and other design drafts and graphics.
7. Other relevant functional departments, business divisions and holding companies are responsible for sorting out and handing over the above-mentioned relevant materials involved by their own units (departments).
iii. main contents
1. the scope of collection and management of intellectual property documents.
(1) Intellectual property rights cover many aspects, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, software registration, image display systems, product packaging and other design drafts, graphic copyrights and specific fields, and have the characteristics of various types, long time span of rights acquisition and validity. The collection and management of intellectual property documents should follow the laws and characteristics of intellectual property activities and run through the whole process of intellectual property activities.
(2) in view of the characteristics of direct evidence and the integrity of evidence chain in the process of obtaining intellectual property rights, the collection and management of intellectual property documents should cover all documents and materials with protection value formed in the process of creation, operation, protection and management of intellectual property rights, including words, pictures, drawings, videos and audio materials.
2. Formation and filing of intellectual property documents.
(1) The archived documents and materials shall be complete, accurate and systematic, and the writing of documents and carrier materials shall be durable, and the arrangement of documents and materials shall conform to the specifications.
(2) All documents and materials formed by intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, software, pictures, drawings, etc., including video and audio materials, must be formed into a special volume within one month after the end of the project or its formation, and filed. Pictures, videos, audio and other materials should be accompanied by detailed descriptions, including reasons, time, place, people, background, author (photographer) and so on.
