1. The beer is expired at the time of purchase. You can return it to the manufacturer and claim for loss from the manufacturer.

2. Complain to the Consumer Association, return the product and ask for double the value. When beer expires, its color will become turbid and its taste will become sour and smelly. You cannot continue to drink expired beer.
