Submitting black and white trademark images alone will not be successful.

I only want to apply for a black and white trademark, but if I don’t upload a color trademark image, it always prompts that it does not meet the requirements and cannot be submitted (does this happen in other people’s applications?), and the website page clearly states: Only apply There is no need to upload color images for black and white trademarks.

So, will the trademark application I submitted with the color pattern in the "graphic description" be treated as a color trademark? It has been accepted. Has the format review been passed?

After investigation, the above-mentioned trademark has a black and white Chinese character "No color, can't be deleted" in the trademark pattern column, and a black and white "Green Pill Recipe" standard is attached. Therefore, it does not meet the requirements. If you apply for a black and white trademark in the same application, please upload the black and white standard sample to the trademark pattern column. There is no need to upload a second pattern.
