The Trademark Office also stated that if the transferee is a natural person, the application for trademark transfer shall be handled with reference to the above matters.
This means that when applying for trademark registration, individual industrial and commercial households can choose the category of declared goods or services according to their own wishes within the scope of the Classification Table of Similar Goods and Services. At the same time, when applying for trademark transfer, if the transferee is a natural person, the category of the transferee's trademark is no longer limited by the business scope of its individual industrial and commercial license.
