The term of the exclusive right to use a trademark is ten years, calculated from the date of registration approval. If the protection period expires, the applicant can apply for renewal. Please note that the renewal must be submitted within 12 months before the expiration of the protection period;

If the application cannot be submitted within 12 months before the expiration of the protection period, the applicant can apply within 12 months before the expiration of the protection period. The application must be submitted within six months after the expiration of the protection period, which is the extension period for trademark renewal.
