2. Submit an application

3. Formal examination

5. Announcement

After the registered trademark has passed the examination, an announcement will be made. The announcement period is 3 months, during which anyone can raise an objection.

if there is any objection, the applicant needs to make an objection reply.

6. Complete registration

If there is no objection during the trademark announcement period, the British trademark registration is successful and the trademark registration certificate is obtained.
