Apply for a trademark together. One person dies within ten years, can the trademark be transferred?
According to Article 47 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, if a registered trademark has not been transferred one year after the death or termination of the trademark registrant, anyone can apply to the Trademark Office for registration of the registered trademark. To apply for cancellation, evidence of the death or termination of the registered trademark registrant shall be submitted.

Where a registered trademark is cancelled due to the death or termination of the trademark registrant, the exclusive right to use the registered trademark shall be terminated from the date of the death or termination of the trademark registrant.

In other words, you must submit the death certificate of the trademark registrant, or the same transfer statement of the registered trademark heir, a copy of the registration certificate of the registered trademark, and an application for power of attorney (looking for an agent) before the transfer contract can be submitted to the Trademark Office.
