After confirming with the rights company, the police determined that the toys were counterfeit and inferior products with trademark infringement. After investigation, the above-mentioned infringing figure toys were purchased from the two online stores "Xuhua Toys" and "Xuzu Toys Home" opened by Weng Moufeng and Ke Xinxin. At the same time, the police also investigated that the two men were operating a physical store in an international toy mall in Guangzhou. Based on relevant statistics, the police concluded that the offline sales volume of these toys ranged from dozens to hundreds of boxes per day.

After further investigation, the police discovered that a large box truck regularly transported infringing products to a warehouse in Guangzhou at noon every day, and the goods came from a Hao Animation Plastic Products Co., Ltd. in Dongguan.

On August 8, with the strong cooperation of the local police, the Shanghai police launched concentrated net closing operations in Guangzhou and Dongguan and successfully captured 25 suspects including Ke Mouxin and Weng Moufeng. It is initially estimated that the value involved is about 300 million yuan. The online sales are still being confirmed."
