The "Interim Provisions for Online Application for Trademarks" of the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office stated: "Trademark applicants can submit online applications by themselves, or they can entrust a trademark agency established in accordance with the law to submit online applications for trademarks. In China Foreigners or foreign enterprises without regular residence or business offices should entrust a legally established trademark agency to submit an online trademark application. "So, any domestic enterprise or individual trademark applicant can submit an application online.

Materials required for personal online trademark application:

1. Color scan of personal ID card;

2. Color scan of individual business license, Or electronic business license;

3. Trademark name/pattern;

4. The trademark category and scope of goods/services to be registered.

Personal online trademark application process:

1. Open the website of the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office and select online application

2. Register and apply for "trademark" "Digital Certificate";

3. Activate the certificate, read and fill in the relevant information online;

4. Pay the trademark fee (official fee) online;

5 , trademark online application and submission of materials.

To register a trademark, the company needs to prepare the following materials:

1. Company main information: copy of the company’s business license, company seal (used for seal application);

2. Trademark name or clear graphic trademark pattern (specified colors require special marking);

3. Determine the trademark registration category and group;

4. Trademark Registration application and trademark agency power of attorney (required when entrusting an agency to handle the matter).

Company trademark registration process:

1. Submit materials to the Trademark Office for application: There are two ways to submit, one is to submit it yourself, which can be submitted through the local trademark acceptance window or at the Trademark Office Submit by registering an account on the bureau's official website, or by entrusting an agency to submit.

4. Preliminary review announcement: After passing the trademark review, it will enter the preliminary review announcement period. If no objection is raised within three months, the trademark will be registered.
