According to the provisions of Article 28 of the new Trademark Law, the Trademark Office shall, within nine months from the date of receiving the application documents for trademark registration, complete the examination of the trademark applied for registration, and make a preliminary examination and announcement if it meets the relevant provisions of this Law.

The notice period of preliminary examination is 3 months. If there is no objection within 3 months, a registration announcement will be issued.

The period of validity of a trademark shall be counted from the date of registration announcement. Valid until the day before 10. For example, from 20 15-06- 10 to June 9, 2025.

After the expiration, it can be renewed once 10 year, unlimited times.
