Corporate legal person change process

1. Acceptance

If it can be determined on the spot that the application materials need to be supplemented or corrected, a one-time notification letter should be issued on the spot. If the materials reviewed on the spot are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, a receipt notice will be issued on the spot. If the materials reviewed within 3 days are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, a one-time notice containing specific supplementation and correction requirements will be issued.

2. Review

Check whether each material covers the content and elements involved in the material requirements.

3. Certificate production

If the administrative license is granted, a "Business License" and a "Notice of Change (Filing)" will be issued; if the administrative license is not granted, a "Notice of Rejection" will be issued.

4. Delivery

Window collection, agent delivery, entrusted delivery, announcement delivery, and mail delivery.
