(1) Flagship stores and specialty stores,

1. Brands with trademark registration certificates can apply for the first-class category of goods approved for use in their trademark registration certificates;

2. Brands that hold the notification of acceptance of trademark registration applications are not allowed to operate across Tmall. Under the same category, you can apply for the first-class category of Tmall according to the corresponding trademark registration acceptance notice;

(2) franchise stores are not allowed to operate categories across Tmall.
