Work Responsibilities of Trademark Advertising Managers

1. Conscientiously implement the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws, Regulations, standardize trademarks and advertising activities, and promote the healthy development of trademarks and advertising;

2. Carry out trademark consultation and advertising license processing within the jurisdiction;

3. Guidance Strengthen the supervision and management of the use of registered trademarks at the grassroots level, urge enterprises to use trademarks correctly, ensure product quality, guide the grassroots level to carry out the registration of advertising licenses, investigate and deal with false advertising, trademark infringement and illegal activities in accordance with the law, and safeguard the exclusive rights of registered trademarks;

4. Collect registered trademark information within the jurisdiction, do a good job in establishing trademark and advertising files and accounts, make timely and accurate statistics, and report on time;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
