2. In the registry, change the value of OEMBackground in HKEY _ local _ machine \ software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ current version \ authentication \ login ui \ background directory to "1".
3. open the directory c:/windows/system32/oobe/info/backgrounds. If there is no directory/information/background under the OOBE folder, create one yourself.
4. Name the picture of the new startup screen backgroundDefault.jpg and put it in the background folder.
