Article 17 of the National Flag Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the damaged, defaced, faded or irregular national flag shall not be hoisted. Here, the Urban Management Bureau of Neihuang County specially reminds merchants to pay attention to the following matters when hanging the national flag:

1. The hung national flag must be intact, and it is not allowed to hang a damaged, defaced, faded or irregular national flag.

2. The location where the national flag is hoisted must be appropriate. The hoisted national flag must not fall to the ground or be blown into a ball by the wind.
