Parking position

The crane should be parked on the pillar of the factory building.

Car position

Stop the trolley in the middle of the crane main beam or at the effective cantilever, and lift the load of10 ~ 200 mm from the ground without impact. After a pause of 10 minutes, there should be no instability.

Test requirements

After unloading, the metal structure of the crane should be free from cracks, weld cracks, paint wrinkling, loose connection and damage affecting the performance and safety of the crane, and the main beam should be free from permanent deformation.

Reexamination

When the main girder is permanently deformed after inspection, the repeated test shall not exceed 3 times.

Detection value

After the car is unloaded, it travels to the span end or leg, and the actual camber of the crane main beam or cantilever is detected, and its value should not be less than the specified value.
