There are three tomb towers in Shanyuan Temple. One is the stupa, which was buried by a famous monk. The old monk was once one of the six elders in Northeast China and the abbot of Ji 'an Temple, the largest temple in Fengtian (now Shenyang). The other two are the tombs of Shanyuan Temple, which have lived for two generations.
There are two old pear trees on Baoquan Mountain, which are 100 years old. It is really "pear trees are as white as snow, and Qiu Lai is fruitful". Add a few sacred scenes of pure land.
1949 After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), there were still three resident monks in Shanyuan Temple. Among them, Zen master Ding Cheng once predicted to the children in the village: "If you are magnanimous and knowledgeable, Buddhism will flourish here!" (Ding Cheng is a native of Lizhuang, Qinghe County, Hebei Province, who is still alive). Zude's kind words were sincere, but later, despite the difficulties of the Cultural Revolution, the Municipal Buddhist Association was established in 1993, and President Jiang and Vice President applied for the restoration of Shanyuan Temple in 1995, which was approved by the municipal government.
