The earliest plum candy was from Guanshengyuan.

Guanshengyuan was founded in 1915 and has a history of 90 years. Guanshengyuan is a famous and time-honored enterprise in China's national industry. It mainly produces and operates nearly 20 series and thousands of varieties such as candy, bee products, alcohol, flour products, MSG, frozen food, health food, biomedicine, and snack food. The company owns China's well-known trademarks "Guanshengyuan" and "White Rabbit".

Shanghai's famous trademarks "Guanshengyuan", "White Rabbit", "He", "Buddha's Hand" and a series of well-known trademarks "Sheng", "Tianchu", "Huatuo", etc. The "Guanshengyuan" brand was recognized as one of the top 20 famous brands in China's food industry from 1981 to 2001. In the early years, Tianshan brand plum candy was produced by Shanghai Tianshan Huimin Food Factory. In 1993, Guanshengyuan merged with Tianshan Factory. So the Tianshan dialect plum candy was given the white rabbit label.
