The Dodge brothers, the founders of the Dodge brand, started their career by manufacturing bicycles. Dodge brand cars are known for their low prices and popularity, and are quite popular. Car models include: Viper, Interpid, Stealth, Spirit, Shadow, Neon, etc.
In 1897, the Dodge brothers formed a partnership with Fred Evans and successfully manufactured the "Evans-Dodge" bicycle. In 1900, after the partnership was dissolved, the Dodge brothers established their own machinery factory in Detroit and began to produce a large number of accessories for Ford automobiles, including engines, chassis and all transmission components. The two parties have maintained a good cooperative relationship. In 1913, the Dodge brothers noticed Ford's tendency to be self-sufficient, so they reopened a large factory in Michigan, which later became the famous Dodge Factory. In 1914, the Dodge brothers invested in the construction of the first test track in the United States, pioneering a car company's own investment in establishing a test track, which provided an important guarantee for the quality of Dodge cars.
Around the late 1970s, Chrysler had achieved extraordinary success in the large minivan market, but there were two factors restricting its sales growth. First, although the model has always focused on comfort, it still drives like a truck. Second, they are too large to fit in the garage of the average American home. In order to break through these two bottlenecks, Chrysler engineers were brewing a model that was both simple and spacious, dynamic and stable.
The word trademark "Dodge" adopts the surname "Dodge" of the Dodge brothers. The graphic trademark is an image of a sheep head in a pentagon. Two trademarks, the little ram and the big ram, are used on the car. This trademark symbolizes that "Dodge" cars are strong and tough and good at dueling, and that Dodge's products are unpretentious and beautiful.
The "ram" graphic trademark appropriately reflects the dynamic, powerful, wise and enterprising, free-spirited, robust and lively nature of "Dodge" cars.
