You can use the following methods to check the authenticity, as follows:

First method:

In the mobile service or member service APP, click Self-Service> For real machine identification, you can use the website to check.

(1) Click Authenticity Inquiry > Certificate Inquiry.

(2) Click on more query conditions, enter the device model, and click the query button. The device model can be found on the back of the mobile phone or the product manual. The format is generally XXX-XXXX

(3) The device model, license information, etc. will be displayed on the query results page. Click to view and record the license number.

(4) Return to the query homepage, click Authenticity Query, select the province, enter the queried license number, and then click Next. Enter the IMEI number in the mobile phone serial number field and click Verify.

IMEI number query: Enter *#06# on the dialing interface to query the IMEI number

Second type:

Query on the telecommunications equipment network access management website , after entering the page, select Certificate Query in the page navigation column. On the certificate query page, click Show more query conditions.

Enter the model of the phone in the device model (click Settings > About phone), and then click Query. Copy the network license number on the query results page, and then click Authenticity Query.

Third method:

On the authenticity query page, select the province, enter the network access license number, and then click Next. Enter the IMEI number in the mobile phone IMEI number box (the query and use of IMEI numbers are below) and click Verify.

Service content: Check the authenticity of network access sign information and mobile phone serial number. This method does not charge any inquiry fees. You only need to pay the communication fees of the communication operator based on the call time, whether it is long distance, etc.
