Go to Start Settings Update and Security Recovery in turn, and click Start under "Reset this computer".
After you choose to keep my files or delete all the contents as needed, you can choose cloud download.
Note: Cloud download may consume more than 4GB of data traffic. Please confirm your network environment.
Next, you can choose whether to "restore the applications and settings that came with this computer" and whether to "download and reinstall Windows".
If you choose No to All, you will "reinstall Windows from this device" and "delete the applications installed by the computer manufacturer" (equivalent to "reset" in versions before Win 10 2004).
However, if the system is abnormal or the file used for reset is damaged, the above ordinary "reset" will not be completed. At this point, you can download Win 10 through the newly added cloud download function and reinstall it automatically (select "Download and reinstall Windows" as Yes).
Before reinstalling, you need to confirm whether the settings are correct again.
Then start downloading and reloading.
If the system is damaged and inaccessible, you can still enter Win RE(Windows Recovery Environment) and select "Cloud Download" to reinstall.
Two ways to enter Win RE:
Hold down shift in the system and click Start Power Restart;
Forced shutdown for three times (some machines need to be directly disconnected from the power supply), and will automatically enter Win RE after restarting.
After entering Win RE, select troubleshooting to reset this pc, and then choose to keep my files or delete all the contents as needed, and then you can choose cloud download.
