When "water boiling" is serious, water enters the cylinder, causing white smoke in the exhaust pipe. What's more, there is too much water in the cylinder to start after parking. There are sand holes and corrosion holes in the exhaust chamber and water jacket of air compressor cylinder head, which will also cause compressed gas to enter the water jacket and cause "water boiling". When water boils, first check whether the cylinder head of the air compressor leaks. If there is no fault in the air compressor, the oil cut-off method can be used to judge whether the cylinder gasket has been washed away. During this inspection, the water tank cover should be opened for observation. When the broken cylinder does not work, the water in the water tank will stop, and the phenomenon of white smoke from the exhaust pipe will also be improved, indicating that the cylinder gasket of the cylinder is washed, and the Chuzhou diesel generator set should be repaired and replaced in time. If there is no damage and air leakage when checking the cylinder gasket, you can find out whether there are sand holes and air pockets, and if so, repair the generator set.
