"Anti-water" and low water temperature are generally due to the damage of the cylinder pad near the water jacket hole, which makes the combustion chamber communicate with the water channel. When the piston compresses upward or explodes, the high-pressure gas in the cylinder rushes into the waterway from the damaged cylinder pad, causing a large amount of water vapor to overflow from the overflow pipe and exhaust valve of the water filler cap. In severe cases, water will be sucked into the cylinder with the intake stroke, which will cause the generator set to stop working, and of course, the coolant will be reduced accordingly. Causes: the cylinder head is uneven, the cylinder head bolts are tightened, the torque is insufficient, or the cylinder gasket is not pressed because the bolts have been stretched and deformed. There are defects such as sand holes and cavitation in the water channel near the combustion chamber in the cylinder block or cylinder head, resulting in air permeability. When the temperature is too high, cold water is suddenly added, which causes cracks in the water channel of cylinder block or cylinder head due to chilling, resulting in high-pressure gas escaping into the water channel. Reverse water is not affected by the temperature of the generator set. Even if the water temperature is not high, the coolant in the expansion tank or radiator will churn violently and the water vapor will overflow. With the increase of generator speed, the phenomenon of "boiling water" intensifies, but "boiling" does not exist. "Turning over water" is accompanied by a large reduction in coolant. When "water boiling" is serious, water enters the cylinder, causing white smoke in the exhaust pipe. What's more, there is too much water in the cylinder to start after parking. There are sand holes and corrosion holes in the exhaust chamber and water jacket of air compressor cylinder head, which will also cause compressed gas to enter the water jacket and cause "water boiling". When water boils, first check whether the cylinder head of the air compressor leaks. If there is no fault in the air compressor, the oil cut-off method can be used to judge whether the cylinder gasket has been washed away. During this inspection, the water tank cover should be opened for observation. When the broken cylinder does not work, the water in the water tank will stop, and the phenomenon of white smoke from the exhaust pipe will also be improved, indicating that the cylinder gasket of the cylinder is washed, and the Chuzhou diesel generator set should be repaired and replaced in time. If there is no damage and air leakage when checking the cylinder gasket, you can find out whether there are sand holes and air pockets, and if so, repair the generator set.
