Second, the basic qualification standards:

1, enterprise qualification (flagship store, specialty store, franchise store):

(1) Load the "Unified Social Credit Code" business license (according to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Business Exception List, which came into effect on 2065438 10/day, it is necessary to ensure that it is not in the business exception list and the goods sold are within the business scope);

(2) Copy of general taxpayer qualification certificate (businesses that choose FBP mode or "household appliances" must provide it, and other modes should provide it as much as possible);

(3) A copy of the bank account opening license; (It must be stamped by the People's Bank of China, and the legal representative is consistent with the business license. If not, please provide the change certificate issued by the industrial and commercial bureau; )

(4) Copy of the front and back of the legal representative's ID card.

2. Brand qualification (flagship store, specialty store, franchise store):

(1) Copy of quality inspection report or product certificate.

Quality inspection report is required for products submitted for inspection. Or the quality inspection report of the corresponding batch of products; It is also necessary to provide special inspection seals of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and third-party quality inspection institutions (with CNAS and CMA/CMAF certification); Merchants can issue quality inspection reports for each product, and each brand and each first-class category must submit quality inspection reports. Special categories need to provide a separate quality inspection report. See the special qualification requirements for each category for details.

(2) Copy of Trademark Registration Certificate or Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration Application issued by the State Trademark Office (if there is any change, transfer or renewal, please provide the Certificate of Change, Transfer or Renewal or Notice of Acceptance issued by the State Trademark Office).

(3) Authorization:

Flagship store: If the owner authorizes to open a flagship store, an exclusive authorization letter for opening a flagship store in JD.COM shall be provided. If the trademark owner is a natural person, a copy of his autographed ID card shall be provided at the same time.

Store: authorize trademark owners to sell their branded goods to settled merchants in turn (the authorization chain must be complete and effective, without geographical restrictions). If the trademark owner is a natural person, he shall also provide a copy of his autographed ID card.

Franchise stores: authorize trademark owners to sell their branded goods to settled businesses in turn (the authorization chain must be complete and effective, regardless of geographical restrictions). If the trademark owner is a natural person, he shall also provide a copy of his autographed ID card.

(4) Certification materials

Flagship store: if you operate and sell several flagship stores under your own brand, you need to provide proof that the brands belong to the same actual controller.

Specialty stores: If you operate and sell specialty stores with multiple brands, you need to provide proof that the brands belong to the same actual controller.

Franchise store: The name of a franchise store shall not bear the brand name of the goods.

Note: In order to protect consumers' rights and meet consumers' quality requirements to the greatest extent, merchants are obliged to control the quality of every commodity they sell on the JD.COM platform in accordance with national standards, industry standards and the requirements of various commodities released by JD.COM platform.

Including but not limited to compliance with laws and regulations of commodities, commodity safety, compliance with functional materials and descriptions of commodities, commodity identification, commodity appearance, commodity packaging, etc.

JD.COM will randomly check the quality of goods according to market feedback, or ask merchants to provide purchase vouchers, ex-factory inspection reports or inspection reports issued by third-party quality inspection agencies designated by JD.COM.

5. Power of attorney for flagship store: the brand belongs to itself and does not need to be provided. If the brand is not its own brand, it shall provide the exclusive authorization document issued by the brand registrant to open a brand flagship store in JD.COM.

1.
