At present, there are three ways to query graphic trademarks:
First, pay the inquiry fee to the Trademark Office;
2. Apply for inquiry at the service hall window of the Trademark Office;
Iii. The applicant independently logs in to China Trademark Network for inquiry, and the inquiry steps are as follows:
1. Log on to China Trademark Network and click the "Trademark Query" option.
2. Read the disclaimer carefully and click "I accept".
3. After entering the service page, click "Trademark Approximation Query".
4. Click "Select Query", enter the commodity category, select "Graphic" as the query method, determine the query type and graphic code you want, and click Query.
5. Select query type: the query type includes two items: arbitrary code retrieval (union) (hereinafter referred to as union query) and all code retrieval (intersection query) (hereinafter referred to as intersection query). Joint query means that the query result contains all the graphic trademarks retrieved by each group of graphic codes, and "intersection" query means that the query result contains the same graphic trademarks retrieved by each group of graphic codes. In general, you need to choose a joint retrieval method.
6. Fill in the query code: the Trademark Office first divides non-literal things into 29 categories horizontally according to specific rules, and vertically divides each category into several subcategories according to specific rules, and each level is given a digital symbol. When filling in the graphic code, you can click the magnifying glass label at the far right of the graphic code box. Then enter text, click Search, and make a selection. After selecting, click Join Search.
7. Applicants can click "Select All"-"Details" to view the specific contents of all similar trademarks; You can also click the "Select" button below the trademark, and then click "Details" to view the specific information of each trademark.
