Basic qualification documents for applying for settlement: 1) Apply for documents proving the establishment of the settled company; 2) Apply for the tax payment certification materials of the settled company in the past year; 3) Apply for the identity documents of the settled company’s legal person, authorized representative and store contact person; 4) Apply for the settled company’s overseas contact information Public bank account opening certificate/statement/slip; 5) Have a fixed authorized return address in China; 6) Other basic documents or information required by JD Global Shopping.
Chapter 2: Global Shopping Store Types and Qualification Requirements
JD Global Shopping store types are divided into flagship stores, specialty stores, and exclusive stores. 1.1 Flagship store 1.1.1 Store-type flagship store refers to a store-type flagship store opened by an overseas online or offline retailer that owns a service trademark. 1) The original copy of a valid brand trademark (R) registered overseas for more than 1 year, and proof of trademark registration in the business service category must be provided; 2) For well-known local physical retail stores or B2C websites, photos or website addresses of the physical stores must be provided; 3 ) If you apply for a settled company to be a brand licensor, you need to provide an exclusive authorization issued by the trademark right holder to the settled company, and it is only limited to first-level authorization. 1.1.2 Manufacturer-directed flagship stores refer to flagship stores that are directly operated by manufacturers and hold one or more private-label products. If you operate multiple private brands, each brand must belong to the same actual controller. 1) The original copy of a valid brand trademark (R) that has been registered overseas for more than 1 year, and the brand has retail operations overseas; 2) Valid brand registration certification materials and market sales certification materials are required. 1.1.3 Manufacturer-authorized flagship store refers to a flagship store where the company has a first-level, exclusive authorization from the manufacturer to operate one or more authorized brand products. 1) Provide an exclusive authorization issued by the owner of the manufacturer's brand trademark to the settled company, and it is limited to first-level authorization. At the same time, the authorized business area must be explained. If the brand has authorized a domestic company to do so, the brand owner needs to provide explanations, such as the differences in products and market demand; 2) The original valid brand trademark (R) registered overseas for more than 1 year, and the brand has retail operations overseas; 3) Provide purchasing vouchers from the brand.
Chapter 3 JD Global Shopping Merchant Settlement Specifications
1. Settlement Instructions 1.1 JD Global Shopping Platform has not authorized any organization to provide agency investment services, settlement application process and related charging instructions All are subject to the official investment promotion page of JD Global Shopping Platform. 1.2 JD Global Shopping Platform has the right to require sellers to provide other qualifications during the application and subsequent operation stages. 1.3 JD Global Shopping Platform will update this standard from time to time based on the development trends of various industries, relevant national regulations and consumer purchasing needs. 1.4 The seller must truthfully provide materials and information: Please be sure to ensure the authenticity, completeness and validity of the relevant qualifications and information provided during the application and subsequent operation stages (if the relevant qualifications provided by the seller are provided by a third party, including but not limited to trademark Registration certificate, authorization letter, etc., please be sure to verify the authenticity, validity and completeness of the documents first). Once false qualifications or information are found, JD Global Shopping Platform will no longer cooperate with the seller and has the right to cooperate with the seller in accordance with JD Global Shopping Platform rules and the seller It shall be processed according to the provisions of the relevant signed agreements. Product and service requirements 1) Product: Originated or sold overseas, guaranteed to be 100% original and authentic. Only products shipped by direct mail or shipped from bonded areas can be sold. 2) Product page: The page information must be described in Chinese, in international metric units of measurement, and equipped with Chinese customer service (Dongdong customer service). 3) Online service: Equipped with Chinese-speaking Dongdong customer service personnel to download and install Dongdong software to answer customer questions.
4) Logistics service: Delivery will be completed within 72 hours after the customer places the order and can be tracked. 5) After-sales service: There are return points, contacts and contact information in mainland China. 2. Merchant settlement 2:1 User name registration and management After the merchant signs a cooperation agreement with the JD Global Shopping open platform, JD Global Shopping will be the user name registered by the merchant in the ERP backend, called the "merchant user name", and the store name must follow the "" JD Global Shopping JD HK "Seller Store Naming Rules", JD Global Shopping relevant personnel inform merchants of user names and passwords through written documents. The user name cannot be changed without authorization, and the merchant must change the password by himself and keep it properly. Merchants should properly keep the username and password information safe. Merchants are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to use the username in any form without authorization, and are fully responsible for all activities carried out using the username and password.
