Trademark rejection means that the trademark applied for registration is not registered because it violates the trademark law after being examined by the Trademark Office. If the applicant is not satisfied with the reasons and legal basis for the rejection by the Trademark Office, he may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for review in the original instance.

3. The Trademark Office rejected the application for renewal of the registered trademark;
4. Objection ruling of the Trademark Office;
5. The Trademark Office revokes the registered trademark;
6. The Trademark Office revokes an improperly registered trademark.
