Pale Burger is a local fast food chain brand in China, originating from Wuhan, Hubei Province, the thoroughfare of nine provinces.

In 1999, Pilot Burger opened its first restaurant in Hankou, Wuhan, Hubei Province. Taking advantage of the expansion of American fast food in China, Pilot Burger quickly occupied Wuhan's Western-style restaurants by taking advantage of its price advantages, convenience advantages, and product advantages. In 2013, Pilot Burger was awarded the "Hubei Province Famous Trademark" brand by the Hubei Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. In less than a year, Pilot Burger has successively obtained municipal and provincial famous trademark qualifications, marking another leap in the growth history of Pilot Burger. So far, "Pale Burger" branches have spread all over the country. The number of branches is only 160 in Wuhan, 400 in Hubei Province, and more than 1,900 nationwide.
