We sometimes see the word "tea" on the packaging of tea cakes with a long history. Do you have such a doubt? What does it stand for? ? Let's first look at a major event of China Tea Company about Yunnan Tea Branch. In 1938, the government of the Republic of China ordered China Tea Company to send Commissioner Zheng Hechun and technician Feng Shaoqiu to Yunnan. After investigation, Yunnan has the economic value of developing tea industry. On December 16th of that year, Yunnan China Tea Trading Co., Ltd. was established. In 1944, it was renamed Yunnan China Tea Trading Company, and this name was used until 195. In 194, Fohai Experimental Tea Factory was founded, with Mr. Fan Hejun as the director of the tea factory, which is the predecessor of Menghai Tea Factory. In 195, Yunnan Branch of China Tea Company was founded as "Provincial Company". On September 14th, 1951, China Tea Corporation registered "Chinese Tea Brand". In 1952, Fohai Tea Factory resumed work again. In 1953, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture was established and renamed as Xishuangbanna Tea Factory of Yunnan Tea Company. Later, Fohai County was renamed Menghai County and Menghai Tea Factory. (The next issue is devoted to different tea factories) On July 19th, 1952, China Tea Corporation announced that the "Chinese Tea Brand" was unified in its system. Since then, tea factories in various countries have used the "Chinese tea brand" in a unified way. In 1964, the Provincial Tea Division was renamed as "Yunnan Tea Branch of China Industrial Native Products Import and Export Corporation", and its name was changed many times during this period. In June 1972, the Provincial Tea Import and Export Corporation merged with the Provincial Native Animal Products Import and Export Corporation, and the "Yunnan Tea Branch of China Native Animal Products Import and Export Corporation" was formally established. In 1976, the provincial company held a meeting on the production of Pu 'er tea in the whole province, requiring three tea factories in Xiaguan, Menghai, Kunming to increase the production of Pu 'er tea, and decided on the label of tea products. Menghai Tea Factory started with 74 and 75, and ended with 2. Xiaguan Tea Factory 76 starts with 3 at the end.
The key point is that in 1951, China Tea Company publicly collected trademarks in Liberation Daily and Ta Kung Pao. Eight red Chinese characters designed by Cao Chengxu, an employee of East China Company, formed a circle, and the pattern with the green Chinese character in the middle was selected. At the end of that year, it was registered and used, which was the famous "Bazhong" trademark of Chinese tea brand. The word tea in the middle of "Red Seal" changed from registered green to red, not because of its special meaning. Zou Jiaju (former general manager of Yunnan Branch of Chinese Tea Company) said that he had made a special investigation in Menghai County because there was only a small printing factory in the county at that time, and it could not print two colors at a time, so it was printed in red for convenience. Yunnan is remote, and this kind of packaging that violates the registration regulations has been used until the people of China Tea Company Beijing come to correct it. Simply put, it's a trademark, which means that China tea goes to all directions, and then the font of this tea is green, red and blue. What's the difference? Then we will talk about the difference in a special issue.
