Legal analysis: 1. If you register a color trademark, you can only use this color (for example, if you register a red trademark, you can only use the red trademark, and other colors are not allowed)

2. If you register a black-and-white trademark, it is regarded as unlimited color. Therefore, when applying for registration of a black-and-white trademark, one can flexibly decorate one's own trademark with any color in practical commercial use, which is more comprehensive for trademark protection

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China commits any of the following acts, which are all violations of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark: (1) using a trademark identical with or similar to its registered trademark on the same commodity or similar commodities without the permission of the trademark registrant;

(2) selling goods that infringe upon the exclusive right to use a registered trademark;

(3) Forging or unauthorized manufacturing of registered trademark marks of others or selling forged or unauthorized registered trademark marks;

(4) changing its registered trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and putting the goods with the changed trademark on the market again;

(5) causing other damage to the exclusive right to use a registered trademark of others.
