1. Enter "China Trademark Office" on the search engine and log in to the official website of the China Trademark Office (China Trademark Network).

2. Find the "Trademark Search" item and click to enter.

3. Jump to the "Trademark Search" page, read the disclaimer carefully, and click the "I Accept" option.

4. After entering the China Trademark Network query page, four options are displayed, including three trademark query items, namely "Trademark Similar Query", "Trademark Comprehensive Query" and "Trademark Status Query". Select "Trademark Similarity Search".

5. The inquirer enters the number in the international classification number according to the scope of the product he wants to inquire (a product classification table is attached to the webpage to help with the inquiry, just click "Trademark Classification Help"). The query method can be selected according to the characteristics of the trademark being searched, and then the query content can be entered.

6. After clicking automatic search or selecting search, all trademarks related to the queried trademark will appear, including successfully registered ones, those under application, and those that are invalid. The searcher can check whether each displayed trademark has been successfully registered one by one.
