The order and process of applying for these certificates:

A: Employee health The certificate can be applied for at the local health and epidemic prevention station

B: Business license, required information for certificate application

1. Application

Noodle shop entrepreneurs submit a written application to the Environmental Protection Window of the Administrative Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Environmental Protection Window). If the application conditions are met, the environmental protection window will issue an acceptance form and obtain relevant information for applying for a pollution discharge permit.

2. Verification

Conduct on-site verification of the type and amount of sewage discharged.

3. Issuance

4. Issuance of certificates

The Sewage Management Section will submit the completed sewage discharge permit to the environmental protection window, which will notify the sewage discharge noodle shop to collect it.

E: Bring your catering service license and pollution discharge license to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to register and apply for a business license!

A business license is a certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration authority to industrial and commercial enterprises and individual traders allowing them to engage in certain production and business activities.
